David Rosendale is a commercial and emerging photographic artist based in Hepburn Springs, with over 20 years of professional experience. Driven by a passion for documenting the world, especially the landscape, his work has been featured by major brands and in prestigious awards, including the Australian National Photographic Portrait Prize and the Moran Contemporary Photographic Prize. David’s art blends technical expertise, rooted in analogue photography, with modern techniques to create immersive studies of both natural and urban landscapes, highlighting the impact of human activity on the environment.

Join The Nomads for a morning bushwalk during the Chillout Festival - a good chance to make new friends. Enjoy the fresh air walking beside Sailors Creek and through the trees in the Hepburn Regional Forest. There will be a choice of two walks: Easy to Medium 4 km, or Hard 5.5 km walk. Both walks will stop for a short 10 to 15 minute break in the forest, and both will end back at the starting point. Bring water, hat, sunglasses, a snack if desired. Apply sunscreen and wear closed shoes, not sandals.

MEETING TIME & LOCATION: 10:00 at the Blowhole Car Park at the end of Blowhole Rd, Hepburn. It is 6.5 km and 12 minutes drive from the Daylesford Town Hall. The event finishes at 12.45 pm.
